As communicated via email, we are moving US02 RMM Service Center on August 25, 2023 from 10:00pm to 02:00am EDT. Your new RMM service center is either us01.mw-rmm.barracudamsp.com or us04.mw-rmm.barracudamsp.com. The specific URL for each partner has been communicated in the aforementioned email.

During this time, you will not have access to the RMM Service Center. There will be no impact to your RMM account login credentials. However, this change will impact on your integration with other service modules. For more information, please review the RMM Service Center migration FAQ (https://status.barracudamsp.com/resources/data-sheets/RMM-Service-Center-migration-FAQ.pdf)
